Edit a Batch Action
Batch Actions allow you to execute a specific support action by importing a file with the information required to execute the action.
To edit a Batch Action:

Select Members from the top navigation bar, then select CSR > Batch Actions from the side navigation menu. The Batch Actions screen is displayed.

On the Batch Actions screen, search for the desired Batch Action (see Search for a Batch Action for more information).

Next to the desired Batch Action, click the Edit icon. The Edit CSR Batch Actions pop-up window is displayed.

Optionally, in the Display Name field, enter a new name for this Batch Action.

Optionally, in the Description field, enter a new description.

Optionally, to select a new import file, click Choose File. Browse to and select the desired file on your local PC, and click Open.
Note: You can't edit the Action Type for a Batch Action.

Click Save.
